WSS bake line ovens have been developed for producing bakery products within the sales area to dislpay, bake and sell simultaneously and effortlessly.
The bakeline oven range is avaible with 3, 4, 8 and 16 trays. Avaible with ECO CLEAN, an environmentally friendly, effective and fully automatic cleaning system. A highly innovative PROVER with humidity control and fermentation point monitor could be used as your oven stand.
Exprokon, the external programming and control system is an exceptionally cost effective way to operate your oven.
